*** Photographers4u are based in Nottingham, our hire by the hour rate includes coverage of locations/venues within a 15 mile radius of Nottingham City Centre NG1 2** & our wedding packages include a 50mile radius coverage, additional travel distances are charged at 60p per mile & will be determined at time of booking.
To work out Travel costs goto a route planner site such as mapquest, RAC or route planner to get directions, type in the above "from" NG1 2** postcode & your "to" venue/location postcode, this action will provide you with the distance in miles from A-B along with the time it takes to get there. Subtract 15 from the total mileage distance then multiply by 0.60. This will give you the amount you would need to pay for additional travel expenses. Additional travel charges only apply for travel to the venue & not the return journey.
Total distance in miles - 15 x 0.6 = Travel charges to pay
Over the next couple of weeks I am relocating to Heanor however you will still be able to contact me by phone & email etc. plus I will be back & forward between both addresses for the next several weeks. You will be able to make an appointment to view my portfolio at either Cotgrave or Heanor & I will still be offering services throughout Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire.
