Alternatives & Optional Extras
You can have an additional X4 12x8" or X2 20x16" Photographs instead of a poster sized photograph (20x16" are a very popular choice. (Package 1 & 2)
We also offer 10x8" photograph books that can hold 10 large 10x8 individual prints or I can design 10 montage prints at no extra cost (see example below) these make excellent keepsakes for parents of the bride & groom or other family members as well as a nice album for the bride & groom at an additional cost of £30.00 each. This price includes album, design & prints.

Would you like the Photographer to stay & take images of your speeches & during your meal? No problem! our photographer will stay for a minimum of 1hr after the ceremony to take extra shots for an additional fee of £50 per hour.
Additional Studio Style posed portrait shots of the bride & groom against white background including X5 12x8" or 10x8" mounted photographs at a special discounted rate of £80.00
Your guests are welcome to have a studio style portrait shot taken whilst they are looking their best! The photographer will require payment at time of sitting £20.00 per print, the shoot can be of an individual, couple or family (these are only available to your guests after the photographer has finished working with you for the day/evening). Your guests 12x8"/10x8" photographs are delivered to the same address as the main clients wedding photographs.
Venue more than 50miles from NG1, 2** or DE75 (package 1 & 2) no problem! Additional mileage is charged at 60p per mile & additional transit time involved is charged at 50% of our hourly rate currently £50. For example if your venue is mapped at a distance of 100miles with an estimated travel time of 2hrs you would be charged an additional £30 fuel fee plus £25 transit time fee. We only charge fuel/transit fees for tavel to the venue & not the return journey unless the distance to your venue is more than 250 miles away, if your venue is further than this we will negotiate a reasonable price with you prior to booking.

All individual photographs are professionally printed on top quality photographic media.
Mounted photographs are presented in high quality cardboard strut mounts or card closed folders.
Large Signature hardbound Leather covered photograph books come in either black or white, they are professionally bound and of a very high standard. Our photo books measure 14x12" and contain 10 double sided pages as standard, we prepare images that can be presented as 20 large full page prints or as a combination of various sizes. Both the black & white book can have either simple white or linen effect black internal pages. Internal pages are extra heavy, glossy archival quality & you have the opportunity to add a personalised title to go inside the front cover (eg. Tania & Lee 2nd March 2009). These fabulous photo books also come with an archival box. Please Note: Package 2 (All day photography) photo books contain 20 double sided pages as standard.
Photo Thank you Cards measure 7x5" and are printed on high quality glossy photograph paper, they are single sided and printed with a photograph plus personalised message, they also come with envelopes. Excellent for thanking those who helped with the wedding or gave you gifts etc.
Disks - Personalised CD containing prepared wedding images in print ready jpeg format that you will be able to print from your own pc or take to a commercial printers, images can usually be viewed on DVD player.
Photo Books (Ideal as keepsakes for the happy couples parents) measure 10x8" & have 5 pages containing upto 10 full page sized prints or individually designed 10x8" montage prints. Dark graphite grey hard cover with area for a 6x4" print to front, professionally bound (super heavy card stock quality) black inner pages. These albums are from the renowned Spicer Hallfield range and are very limited.
What Happens Next
We spend many hours ensuring that your images are prepared & presented to a high standard prior to going to print. Once we have prepared your images they are uploaded to a private online viewing gallery, a link will be sent to your email address supplied for you to view, (usually within 3 days however if you have a large number of images it can take upto 7days) so you can make your selections for print. As soon as we get your selections & their associated sizes back we will begin to design the layout for your main album along with preparing any additional smaller photo books (if you have chosen to order them) & your thank you cards.
Finished designs are then sent to professional printers to ensure the highest possible materials are used & the results of the finished product speaks for itself.
Delivery
Posting of your photographs, photo books, cards & disk will usually take approximately 2-4 weeks from the actual date of your wedding & are sent via secure mail or courier service either of which will be insured & trackable, we will email you as soon as they have been dispatched.
Bookings & Payment
The first stage is to make a booking request we will send you a form via email for you to fill in with your contact details, venue, date, time etc which you can fill in on your email & return to us via reply.
Once we have your details I will get in touch with you directly either via email or telephone to discuss your requirements, you don't have to decide straight away, let me know if you would like to go ahead & I will send you a booking confirmation form through the mail along with an invoice which shows what you have to pay & when. You keep one copy of the confirmation form & you return the other to us in the pre-paid envelope supplied.
If we are fully booked on your requested time/date I will let you know asap
A non-returnable/refundable deposit is required at time of confirmed booking (Please Note: You do have a 14 day cooling off period from time of confirmation (when you send back signed form) so if you cancel your booking during this time your deposit will be refunded in full.) The remaining balance is to be paid as specified, currently cheques 14 days prior to event date, cash & paypal 7 days prior to event date. Additional items ordered such as the photo books should be paid for at time of order usually when you have selected the images you want put into print, if you want to secure a particular product such as current albums etc then you are more than welcome to pay for this at the same time as your wedding booking, if paying for additional items via paypal they will be submitted for print at the same time as your other wedding items alternatively if paying for additional items via cheque there will be a slight delay & we may not be able to get them back to you with your other items, as soon as payment has cleared your additional purchases will be submitted for print & we will dispatch them to you asap.
